Volunteer

Open Doors With Your Heart

Volunteers play an integral role in the healing process at Helping Hand Home. Many of the children in our care have experienced broken trust and relational trauma caused by the adults and peers around them. Healing happens through safe, supportive relationships. At the Home, children learn to trust again by building healthy, authentic connections with caregivers, peers, and mentors who show up consistently with compassion and care. Volunteer engagement helps extend that trust beyond our campus, reminding children that there are safe and caring people throughout our community and beyond.

You can make a meaningful difference in a child’s life by becoming a volunteer and helping provide hope, healing, and connection.
